Welcome to a light high tech adventure in post-flood Dallas. The giant metroplex of Dallas is still on mostly dry land, but now it's a lot closer to the shore. The new Sea of Mexico has crept up past Houston, making Dallas the undisputed giant, high tech city in Dallas.

On there's trouble in the city. Ever expanding tent cities are developing their old culture, global companies are carrying on with their old secret agendas, and naive but brilliant Eli is on the run from the CIA, crime organizations, modern samurais, and worse yet - corporate security!

The Information Thieves takes place in the same universe as Raft People, but about a generation later. It is a stand-alone novel.
